Day 7: Your opinion on your body and how...
It alternates. Most of the time, it can be characterized by the syllable “bleehhhhh.” Dance has kind of helped with and hurt this. On one hand, after 3 classes or so, I can run around in public and do errands in a leotard and be like “this is perfectly normal, bitches!” On the other hand, being in a room full of mirrors with the tightest thing you can wear is..yes.
